Our Relationship With Trafford Council

Because of our commitment to candidate care, we work closely with Trafford Council to ensure that the roles they are hiring for are suitable and safe. We are signed up to receive their agency vacancies, and based on their needs, we’ll send across CVs that we feel best match the job requirements. Trafford Council will look through the CVs and request interviews with candidates that they’d like to meet, which we will help set up.

Following on from the interview, we will gain feedback fairly quickly and advise our candidates on strong points and areas of improvement. Should they be successful, we’ll arrange a start date and ensure they feel prepared and ready to take on their new assignment.
