Consultant Social Worker
Su brings over 20 years’ experience across Children and Families services, including frontline practice and team management. She has extensive knowledge of the Children Act 1989 and the practical application of Deprivation of Liberty (DoL), particularly where safeguarding, neurodiversity, and mental health needs overlap.
Su is a strong advocate for children and young people affected by trauma, neglect, and abuse, and is passionate about ensuring the voices of care-experienced young people are heard and represented.

Vicky brings over 14 years’ experience, progressing from frontline Social Worker to Service Manager, including seven years working as an agency practitioner. Having worked across multiple local authorities and teams, she understands the realities practitioners face and what strong, effective practice looks like.
She is passionate about strengthening the workforce by connecting skilled, committed social workers with roles where they can make a genuine and lasting difference.
