We offer jobs on all levels of experience, hours and pay. Typically councils offer 37 hours a week contracts and look for people with around 2 to 3 years of experience in the social work industry. Before the interview, we are there to ensure you’re feeling your confident best, ready for any question that may come your way – you’ll feel fully prepped.
Your relationship with Portman Recruitment doesn’t end once you’ve got the job. We will be in regular contact with you, checking in and seeing how you’re doing in your new role. Should any problem, big or small, arise, then we’ll be there to fix it for you. Social work in and of itself is all-encompassing so the last thing you should be doing is dealing with other problems.
